Shipping options and charges

Standard delivery: Free for eligible UK orders.
Express delivery: £6.99 where offered at checkout.

Your available delivery methods and any charges are shown during checkout before you pay. Availability may vary according to your delivery address and the fulfilment arrangements for your order. The checkout total is authoritative if the available options differ from those listed above.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates depend on the available service and destination. Check the delivery information displayed at checkout or communicated in your order confirmation. Express delivery is not a guarantee of next-day delivery unless specifically stated at checkout. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the agreed period. If no delivery date is agreed, our legal obligation is to deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made, unless the law permits otherwise.

Dispatch and tracking

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived, the parcel appears lost, or goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact xyphoraltd.uk@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and offer the remedy required by applicable UK consumer law.
