Editorial Policy

Gummy Gains Pro · Published 15 October 2026 · Policy version 1

We want creatine, exercise and supplement information to be useful to someone who has never studied biology. This policy explains how content is prepared for Gummy Gains Pro, a brand of XYPHORA LTD.

Who is responsible?

The byline “Gummy Gains Pro Editorial Team” identifies content published on behalf of the brand. AI tools assist research, drafting, checking and production. The byline is not a medical qualification or evidence of independent clinical review.

We name a scientific reviewer and their verified qualifications only when that person has genuinely reviewed the article. A “sources checked” date records a source check; it is different from a scientific-review date.

How we research an article

We prioritise relevant systematic reviews, meta-analyses, human trials and established scientific guidance. We look for useful work from the previous 12–24 months while retaining older research when it explains a foundational finding. A recent publication is not automatically stronger evidence.

We check the research question, publication date, participants, comparison, methods, outcomes and limitations against the source material available. We distinguish full papers from abstracts and do not imply that an inaccessible full text has been reviewed. If the available material cannot support a detail, we omit it or hold the claim.

How we explain and reference science

Technical words are explained in everyday language. Analogies are illustrations, not literal accounts of biology. Important findings have clickable numbered notes and a bibliography with available publication details and permanent links. We separate measurements such as total weight, lean mass, muscle size and performance.

We consider the wider evidence and uncertainty. A single study is not presented as a final answer. Findings from one population or intervention are not automatically applied to another.

Products and commercial interests

Gummy Gains Pro sells creatine gummies. Product links therefore have a commercial purpose, and we identify the brand’s involvement through the byline and this policy. Education comes first; an article does not need a sales message in every section.

We distinguish research on creatine from evidence about a particular finished gummy. Product details must match current product information. We do not treat a supplier invoice, raw-ingredient report or planned formula as proof of the current finished product’s composition, testing or shelf life.

Scientific evidence and permission to advertise a benefit are separate. We check applicable UK advertising and food-claim requirements before making a commercial claim. Uncertain claims are revised, removed or held for appropriate review. We do not invent reviewers, certifications, laboratory results or benefits.

Publication and updates

Our planned journal schedule is Monday and Thursday at 10:00 UK time, subject to the content meeting this policy. We retain the original publication date. A genuine later scientific update receives a dated note explaining what changed. Cosmetic edits are not described as a new scientific review.

Our monitoring programme is intended to examine relevant new research and content performance at least monthly. Monitoring can identify a reason to improve an existing page rather than create a duplicate article. Dates shown on an article describe work already completed, not promised future checks.

Corrections and questions

If you spot an error, use our contact page and include the article URL, the statement in question and a supporting source where possible. We assess the evidence, correct material errors and add a dated correction note when a change affects the meaning. Unresolved concerns can lead to a claim or article being withheld.

Scope of the content

Articles provide general education for adults. They do not diagnose a condition or replace advice suited to an individual’s health, medication or circumstances. Read the directions and warnings on the actual product you use.
