A rushed morning, a gym bag and an unfamiliar hotel room can turn a simple routine into a guessing game. A little organisation makes the information on your supplement bottle easier to use when you are away from home.
Begin with the actual bottle
Read the directions and storage wording on the bottle you will take. Our current collection includes Strawberry, Mango and Blueberry, but flavour names are not storage instructions. Keep the packaging so that the ingredients, warnings, batch details and contact route remain available.1
Make the label easy to find
A photograph of the label can be a useful back-up, particularly if you need to ask a question about an ingredient. Include every panel and the batch and date markings. A photograph does not replace packaging requirements imposed by a transport operator or destination.
Avoid the unlabelled snack problem
A loose gummy can look like an ordinary sweet. Keep supplements clearly identified and away from children. If you use an organiser, retain the original label and make the contents unambiguous. Do not share an unidentified supplement simply because someone recognises the flavour.
Plan the routine, not an extra serving
Choose a simple way to record whether you have already followed the day’s directions. For example, a phone checklist can distinguish “packed” from “taken”. Changing from Strawberry at home to Mango while away does not create a separate allowance. Count the relevant supplement intake together.
Something easily missed: a bag is not a storage specification
“Portable” describes how easy something is to carry. It does not prove that a product tolerates any temperature or moisture exposure. Follow the current label and ask us if you cannot interpret it. Do not invent a refrigerator or freezer rule from another brand’s packaging.
For international travel, check the actual route
Countries and carriers can apply different rules to food and supplements. Use the official customs and transport information for your destination and journey before departure. This article is not a promise that a bottle is permitted in every country or baggage arrangement.
Before you leave
Check the seal, legibility of the label and date marking. Pack only what you can identify and store as directed. If a bottle has been damaged or its contents seem unusual, contact us with its batch information before using it. A convenient format still deserves ordinary care.
Key takeaways
- Keep the original product information available.
- Follow your bottle’s storage and serving directions.
